|The makings of Pistachio Arugula Pesto|
My Cuisinart food processor! It’s amazing and made my life in the kitchen so easy!
With an assortment of veggies and odds/ends in my pantry set to spoil soon, I embarked in a cooking quest Sunday afternoon. I picked out three recipes I’ve been eying on Pinterest and went after it!
Upon examination of the various recipes I saw that each required fine chopping and dicing. Rather than labor over each vegetable slowly with a knife and risk cutting myself (something I’m prone to do) I broke out my Cuisinart. And, I’m so glad that I did! Within moments – and a press of a button – all my veggies were sliced, diced and blended together. Voila!
If you don’t have one, I totally recommend investing in one – they’re fantastic and well worth the money.
What I made (with the help from my Cuisinart) is listed below, I’ve provided links to each of the recipes I used too.
Thank you Cuisinart, Bon’ Appetite!
- Arugula Pistachio Pesto
- Black Bean Salad
- Clams in White Wine (don’t Cuisinart the clams, just the garlic and parsley!)
